Welcome to Mitty’s and thank you for taking a moment to review our policies. Please read all of the policies before purchasing. Reviews are greatly appreciated so please take a moment to write a review on our website or one of our social media platforms once you receive your order. The Shop at Mitty’s Policies
Shipping
The majority of the items in The Shop at Mitty’s are ready to ship and will be mailed 3-5 days. If an item states “custom made to order” in the title turnaround time will vary. Some modifications can be made to an order upon request.Please read item descriptions carefully. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees including insurance, delivery confirmation, and any returned items. Important Note: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes and Additional Postage Fees

Refunds
The Shop at Mitty’s policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If applicable for a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

To return your product, you should mail your product to 519 Lynn Avenue Cumberland Gap Tennessee US 37724. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Mitty’s Metal Art by Ryan Schmidt Policies 
Custom Orders
Mitty’s Metal Art by Ryan Schmidt will consult with the Buyer concerning the work’s layout, coloring, design, and materials. Ryan will communicate with the Buyer throughout the process to provide the Buyer with progress reports, which can include pictures of the work in progress. The pictures will be digital images sent by email or text messages. A progress report will be sent upon request by the Buyer, but no more frequently than once a week. Ryan will create the work for the Buyer at the agreed value. Buyer price includes all costs, both direct and indirect, in creating the work and shipping the work to the Buyer.

Refunds
Mitty’s Metal Art by Ryan Schmidt will create the work in a professional and craftsman-like manner. If within 30 days after the sale, the Buyer is not satisfied with the work, Ryan will do what he can to fix the problem. If the work is damaged consult Ryan before any restoration and give him the first opportunity to restore it, if practicable. Mitty’s Metal Art by Ryan Schmidt is not responsible for changes in the materials used due to climate, humidity, moisture, molds, infestation, stains, warping, shrinkage, expansion, corrosion or any other events that occur over time.

Other Notices
Upon receiving the work, the Buyer becomes the legal owner of the work with all rights and privileges, with the exception of reproduction rights. Mitty’s Metal Art retains all copyright rights and rights to reproduce the work in all forms. Mitty’s Metal Art has the right to put his name and the year of completion on the work in a permanent fashion, placement, and size to be determined.
